N. Pesman, LL.M. (1954), has been a lawyer since 1978. He has ample experience in Intellectual Property law and Insolvency law, however in particular specialises in Company law. He manages the Company law and Contract law sections, and is mainly engaged with the merger and take-over practice, business valuations and gives advice to boards of directors with respect to company law. He participated in the Corporate Transactions course of Grotius.
Niek Pesman is the international contact of the firm within the RSM network, of which Pesman Advocaten are an associated member.
He is socially committed in various areas, and is a member of the board of different (cultural) institutions and organisations.
