G.A. de Wit, LL.M. (1973), graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2000 in Company law and Media law. After his graduation he worked as a lawyer in Amsterdam in Company law and Bankruptcy law. He is regularly appointed as a receiver in bankruptcy cases and supervises take-overs. He also gives advice to directors of companies on a variety of company-law subjects, and conducts proceedings for employers.
In 2006, he passed the Grotius Insolvency law training course. Guido is a member of the Insolvency law lawyers Association INSOLAD.
Guido de Wit has worked in the Company law & Contract law section and the Insolvency law & Collection law section since August 2003. He carries out his activities in the office of Pesman Advocaten in Amsterdam.
