Gert Kramer

Real property and Administrative law

G. Kramer, LL.M. (1953), studied law at the Free University of Amsterdam, his specialisation was Constitutional and Administrative law. After this graduation, he was sworn in as a lawyer in Utrecht in 1980, and he established as an independent lawyer in Zaanstad in 1981. From March 1st 1985, he affiliated with the lawyers’ firm De Leeuw and Pesman. From November 1st 2001, he acceded to the lawyers’ firm De Leeuw and Pesman in Alkmaar. Gert Kramer specialises in town and country planning law, however also other sections of real property are included in his speciality. He successfully completed the Grotius training course in real property. He manages the Real Property and Administrative law section. His clientele consists of (construction) companies from the medium-sized businesses and public-law bodies including municipalities and the public authorities. Further to this, he gives advice on project development and is engaged with construction arbitration. Gert Kramer is a member of the Construction Law Association.

As a director, Gert Kramer is involved in various (cultural) institutions and is an official of the Zaan theatre in Zaandam and chairman of the Supervisory Board of the Professional Association of Dutch Designers.

In conclusion Gert Kramer has a command of the Spanish language.
