Eveline Grimminck

E.S. Grimminck, LL.M. (1970), studied law at the University of Amsterdam with the specialisation of administrative law and graduated in public-private cooperation and in subcontracting law. She was affiliated with the University of Amsterdam as a researcher for six years and as a teacher with the administrative law section. She subsequently worked as a lawyer for the Roads, Transport and Traffic department of the province of Flevoland. In 2006, she started to work for Pesman Advocaten.
Eveline Grimminck specialises in Administrative law and Private law pertaining to construction law. She has experience with public authorities liability, town and country planning, subcontracting law, public-private cooperation, law of dispossession, agricultural law, competition law, subsidy law, environmental law, passenger transport legislation, traffic law and construction disputes.
She is a member of the Construction law association, the Environmental law association, Administrative law association and the Civil law association.
Eveline Grimminck is a member of the appeal committee of the municipal district of Geuzenveld in Amsterdam. She conducts various courses in town and country planning law and the monuments Act. She was the editorial secretary of the Journal for the public authorities and liability.
Eveline is working on her PhD dissertation “Financial regulations related to a decision at request in administrative law pertaining to town and country planning”, and will in some time obtain her doctorate on in this subject at the University of Amsterdam.
Eveline Grimminck
