Erik de Boer

E. de Boer, LL.M. (1980), completed his Law studies at the University of Utrecht in May 2004 and graduated in Private law. Shortly after his studies he gained experience in a student traineeship at the IE/IT section of firms in Amsterdam and Utrecht. On April 18th 2005, Erik started to work for Pesman Advocaten in Alkmaar. Initially as a legal assistant and since July 2006 he has worked as a lawyer-trainee. He is mainly engaged with the general law practice and bankruptcy practice. Erik is appointed by the Court as receiver in bankruptcy cases.
