Denise van Donk

Company law and Contract law, Insolvency law and Collection procedures

D.T. van Donk, LL.M. (1978), graduated from Utrecht University in Company law and European Competition law in 2001. During her university years she studied at Wales University for some time. Furthermore, she gained experience as a legal assistant in a lawyers’ firm in Utrecht and as a court’s clerk at the Court of Utrecht. After her graduation, she worked as a lawyer in Company law and Bankruptcy law in Amsterdam.

Denise works within the Company law & Contract law section, as well as in the Insolvency & Collection procedures section. She is regularly appointed as a receiver in bankruptcy cases by the Court.

Denise is a board member of the employers’ association for medium and small-sized companies in the Zaanstreek.
